Inauguration of the Camille Bloch chocolate factory at Courtelary

The Camille Bloch chocolate factory at Courtelary was officially inaugurated on 19 October, 2017, in the presence of all the various parties involved in the project. Within the framework of the “Authenti-City” project, Bauart has focussed more particularly on the logistics and production side. The architectural concept of this industrial structure is based primarily on solutions which have been strongly influenced by spatial and constructive rationality, while at the same time meeting high morphological, architectural and logistical requirements.   Expansion of the production building has notably provided an opportunity to reconsider the chocolate factory’s façade, improve the efficiency of internal processes and develop additional storage capacities.
