Housing at La Neuveville

The NeoCasa housing project developed by Bauart at La Neuveville was presented at the 5th Real-Estate Exhibition in Neuchâtel (Salon de l'Immobilier Neuchâtelois). With its compact volume and simple rectangular shape, the building fits perfectly into its urban context and comprises 10 different-sized apartments intended for sale. The layout of each apartment centres on a vast living area extending outside to interact with the shady, wooded environment.
