Zürich Innovation Center at Lindau | 1st Prize

Bauart has won first prize in the competition for the "Zurich Innovation Center (ZIC)" at  Lindau. The proposed new building fits in perfectly with the traditional urban context by adopting the area's characteristic development regulations and following its space-shaping topographical lines and the geometry of the inner area's axis. The new building benefits from the neighbourhood's unique historical character, promotes its development and also spatially re-defines and enhances the southern access to the zone.
