Swisswoodhouse - Nebikon

The experimental project Swisswoodhouse has received last year the Real Estate Award 2013 in the category "Project Development". In reaction to the future evolution of housing needs, the concept of Swisswoodhouse consists in a new sustainable modular housing. By october 2014, the first swisswoodhouse building, comprising 18 apartments, is ready in Nebikon/LU. There is then the opportunity to visit the apartments or to attend lectures on the project.
