Parallel studies mandate for Suurstoffi 43/45 Rotkreuz (ZG) | 1st prize

Bauart has been awarded the parallel studies mandate for Suurstoffi 43/45 at Rotkreuz (ZG). The project envisions two administrative buildings involving high flexibility of use. The new constructions will eventually house office space as well as student accommodation.  The project developed by Bauart will enhance strong cohesion with the newly sustainable existing “Suurstoffi” neighbourhood located in close proximity to the Rotkreuz railway station.
