OASSIS Neighbourood in Crissier

Building permission has been issued for the first construction of the OASSIS neighbourhood in Crissier. Aiming to create a future hub for the west Lausanne area, the project’s architectural statement reaffirms the site’s articulating role, both in terms of neighboring roads and surrounding urban fabrics (actual and future). The creation of five complementary « urban entities » - three open blocks, a tertiary center and a public garden – consistently highlights the presence of the new neighborhood and creates an inner world with a specific identity. Its rich and diverse character corresponds to the site’s new functional mix.
