Positive decision taken for the future eco-neighbourhood in Echallens

19.11.2018 | Echallens Town Council has validated the release for development of the plot of land for the future “Record - Crépon Est” eco-neighbourhood.  The proposal set up by Bauart and Plarel for Equitim and Realitim, as project managers, relates to two of the three strata that will shape the neighbourhood’s inherent identity. The architectural approach is based on a careful reading of specificities linked with the market town’s particular character and the outstanding quality of the surrounding countryside. This is reflected not only in the overall morphology but also in the organisation of roads, the outline of outdoor areas and the formal expression of buildings.
