Oassis neighbourhood fair

The very first Oassis neighbourhood party was held on Saturday, 25 September, and brought together many inhabitants and visitors. The programme included a wide variety of events such as a garage sale, a second-hand book sale in the library, Open House at the various neighbourhood businesses, entertainment provided by the Transit youth centre, an educational workshop on the roofs by Légumes Perchés, the OASSIS Neighbourhood Association’s presentation stand, as well as a zipline and jumping wall set up between the buildings for youngsters. This festive occasion enabled the population to discover all the diversity and socio-cultural mixity of this new district in the western Lausanne region.
