With the start of the new year, Modulart.ch, the online magazine launched by Bauart with the architecture journal "Hochparterre", is featuring new articles providing insight into architectural thinking and systematic conceptual approaches to modular construction. One of these articles highlights research carried out by the EPFL on possibilities of adding floors to existing buildings while another gives voice to a resident of the first "swisswoodhouse" construction built by Bauart in Nebikon.
