Lecture in Lausanne

Kathrin Merz was invited to give a lecture within the framework of the “Architecture and Sustainability: Performance Studies” teaching unit, which is an integral part of the IDEAS programme at the EPFL. Her talk on “Modularity - Thinking and Building in terms of Systems” presented Bauart’s architectural reflections in the field of lightweight and modular construction. It was indeed with this in mind that the modulart.ch platform was launched in spring 2017, in collaboration with Hochparterre.
