First moves in the OASSIS neighbourhood in Crissier

15.02.2019 | The first moves took place in the OASSIS neighbourhood of Crissier, in particular with the recent commissioning of the new premises of Patrimonium (client) and Losinger Marazzi (general contractor) of the tertiary hub. In the long term, the neighbourhood will host several hundred units, offices, local shops, catering areas and various parapublic establishments. To date, out of the 15'000 m2 of activities for rent, more than 60% have already been booked or confirmed. Among the confirmed rentals are a tea-room (Le Cappucino) and a nursery (TotUp), which will be able to accommodate nearly fifty children aged 0 to 5 years.
