14.02.2019 | Bauart has won the mandate for parallel studies concerning the new headquarters building for Luzi AG, producers of fragrances, at Dietlikon-Zurich. Bauart’s proposal houses all the company’s different departments under one roof using a vertical approach with production at ground-floor level, research and administration on the floor above, all under a wooden lattice structure covered with photovoltaic panels which serve as an energy generating plant.
