Competition for the FHNW University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland Dreispitz Basel | 5th prize

Bauart has won the 5th prize in the competition for the new FHNW Dreispitz building in Basel. The competition project proposes a building at the interface of two parts of the city : the Gundeli district and the rapidly evolving Dreispitz sector. The structure presents a strong spatial and architectural layout including an interior « street » on the ground floor which acts as a centre of gravity and represents the school’s openness and transparency.
