Competition Brünnen Bern | 4th prize

Bauart has won 4th prize in the competition for the creation of a residential complex at Brünnen. The project proposes creating a large island whose inner garden offers a peaceful communal area for all the housing units. These are set out in continuous strata, including large, modular private terraces.  The extremely lush, green central area offers residents high-quality living conditions and a place to meet and enjoy social contacts.
