Building without land ?

Emmanuel Rey was invited to write the editorial for the latest issue of AS Architecture Suisse, the renowned quarterly journal published  in German and French since 1972. The article entitled “Building without land?” comments on the challenges and potential of adding floors to existing buildings, with a view to enhancing sustainability in the built environment.
