Building permission granted for the future ecodistrict "Record-Crépon Est" in Echallens

Work can now begin on the future "Record-Crépon Est" ecodistrict in Echallens. The project consists of the creation of a new mixed neighbourhood including various type of housing, activity areas, local services and environmentally high-quality landscaped surroundings. The proposal designed by Bauart for the contracting bodies Realitim II SCPC and the Equitim Investment Foundation, focuses more particularly on one of the three levels that will make up the future ecodistrict.
