Bauart has won the tender for construction of a new care centre

The Domicil association plans to develop a multifunctional building with care facilities, a public cafeteria and retirement apartments under the same roof in Münchenbuchsee near Bern. Within the framework of a fee offer with procedural proposals, and out of the seven architectural bureaus invited to participate, Bauart was selected to proceed with further action. The circular building convinced Domicil thanks to its optimal potential development, its compactness and the inner courtyard with versatile orientation of all the different types of usages. The preliminary project will be prepared in a workshop approach with municipal authorities, building contractors and expert jurors.
