Bauart among the finalists in the parallel studies assignment competition for developing the CFF - railway depot site in Renens

The "Urban Oasis" project presented by Bauart was among the three finalists in a two-round parallel studies assignment competition for the development of a mixed neighbourhood on the site of the former railway depot in Renens. The jury initially selected ten teams from applicants who had submitted a pre-qualification dossier. After this preliminary phase, the jury chose three teams, including Bauart, to go forward to the second round. At the end of the procedure, the jury finally appointed Ferrari Architects with their "Voie neuf trois quart" project to continue studies on development of the site.
