Tertiary building in the OASSIS neighbourhood

The OASSIS neighbourhood works is entering its final phase. The first moves took place in the OASSIS neighbourhood of Crissier, in particular with the recent commissioning of the new premises of Patrimonium (client) and Losinger Marazzi (general contractor) of the tertiary hub. Glazed on the exterior and centring on a mineral atrium, this is the first building in the future neighbourhood to be operational. In the long term, the neighbourhood will welcome several hundred housing units, offices, retailers and convenience stores, catering areas and various para-public facilities.
