Award for the Oassis neighbourhood in Crissier

The Oassis neighbourhood has won second prize in the "Prix Bilan de l’Immobilier 2021" competition, in the "Rental Accommodation on the Free Market" category. Built on a former industrial wasteland, the OASSIS neighbourhood consists of five complementary urban entities: three open blocks, a service hub and a public garden hosting the municipal pavilion. The ensemble is both coherent and multifaceted in order to respond to the functional mix of the premises.
