A lecture at the Ecole des Ponts ParisTech

Emmanuel Rey was invited to give a lecture at the Ecole des Ponts ParisTech (ENPAC) as part of the specialized Master's Degree "Immobilier, Bâtiment, Energie" organized in partnership with the Centre Scientifique et Technique du Bâtiment (CSBT). His talk focused on strategy to adopt in the process of urban recovery of disused railway wasteland with a view to creating new sustainable growth areas.
